Customers with quality products at competitive prices with the click of
a button. By using our Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions set out below. Should you have any questions on any of these

This site is a business to business electronic commerce
site and we prefer to do business with businesses that have established
credit terms and will be able to implement Electronic Funds Transfer.
This is not a consumer site.

Payment Terms
Upon credit approval, payment terms are net 30 days from
invoice date. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Direct Deposit and online banking.

Freight/Shipping:
All in-stock orders placed by 5 p.m. EST will be shipped
the same day, subject to credit approval. Free ground shipping on orders
over $150.00, orders under $150.00 are subject to standard Purolator pricing.
Air Shipping is chargable on any order.

Pricing Policy:
All products are priced individually, unless otherwise
noted. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices are exclusive of tax
and CanSupply.com will charge HST/GST or PST as applicable. CanSupply.com
is not responsible for any losses as a result of pricing errors, whether
caused by typographical errors or omissions or otherwise. In the event
of a pricing error, CanSupply.com will make reasonable efforts to contact
you as soon as possible with the corrected pricing information. CanSupply.com
reserves the right to update prices, product specifications, and policies
at any time without notice. CanSupply.com and its suppliers assume no
liability for damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of any
product purchased or any consumable in any machine, and only applicable
vendor warranties are available.

Return Policy:
Customers can return:
(i) Defective Merchandise, with exceptions* noted below.
(ii) Product ordered incorrectly (customer order error); and,
(iii) Product which differs from the product ordered (CanSupply.com order
error).
1. A returns authorization number (RA#) must be obtained (as set out in
paragraphs 2 and 3 below) before returning the goods. Merchandise returned
without an RA# or proper authorization or labels will not be accepted
(and will be refused or returned at the Customer’s expense).
2. The RA# must be requested within 120 days of the date
of purchase.
3. Please complete the RA# form and submit it to our
customer service department. An RA# and shipping instructions will be
sent to you.
4. Product that is returned as defective, and which upon
inspection, proves not to be defective, will be sent back to the customer
freight collect.
5. Products returned in excess of what is authorized
will be sent back freight collect.
6. Incorrect product returned will be sent back freight
collect.
7. Returns due to a customer error (as set out in paragraphs
4, 5, and 6 above) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned product
will be accepted only if the condition permits resale (i.e. product must
be unopened with labels or marking on the package).
8. CanSupply.com errors must be reported within two business
days of receipt – this includes misshipments, shortshipments, and
entry errors.
9. Proof of delivery (if required) on a return to CanSupply.com
is the responsibility of the shipper.
*Defective Returns: A letter describing the defect must
accompany all defective merchandise. All products must be returned in
the original box/package. Canon or Hewlett-Packard toner or inkjet cartridges
that are empty or not in the original box will not be credited. Please
enclose a print sample with defective printer drums and cartridges.
The following restrictions on defective returns are imposed
by the vendors, and are subject to change:
BOTTLE/BAG COPIER or FAX TONER – Bottled/bagged
toner products are shipped in new, salable condition. All sales final.
CARTRIDGE-BASED COPIER/FAX SUPPLIES – To obtain
a return authorization number, please fax a letter from the manufacturer
or authorized service technician describing the defect. A copy must be
enclosed with the product when returned.
RICOH LASER PRODUCTS – Defective Ricoh Laser Products
must be returned directly to Ricoh by the customer; Ricoh will then send
a replacement product. Please call 1-800-882-4585. All other Ricoh products
(copier/fax toner, etc.) may be returned to CanSupply.com.
Please ensure all products are returned to the location
specified on the RA# form.

Limitation of Liability
In no event will CanSupply.com, or its suppliers, be responsible to you,
or to any third party, for any damages or losses suffered as a result
of your use of this site, and you acknowledge and accept that, whether
such damages or losses are direct or indirect, you will have no right
of recourse against CanSupply.com or its suppliers, except as may be expressly
provided otherwise in these terms and conditions.
In particular, neither CanSupply.com, nor any other parties
involved in creating and delivering this website has or assumes any liability
for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential
damages with respect to the information, services, content, advertisements
or third party links contained on or otherwise accessed through this website,
including lost profits or damages from loss of use or loss of or corruption
in data, and whether arising in contract or in tort, even if CanSupply.com
or such other parties have been specifically advised of the possibility
of such damages.
Governing Law: By accessing or using this website you
agree to these Terms and Conditions and that the laws of the Province
of New Brunswick apply to any disputes which may arise hereunder, including
all matters relating to or arising out of the access to and use of this
website including all services which are offer through herein.
Please note that we may show a product out of stock when it is a product on allocation. Please place an order for the quantity you require and efforts will be made to ship your order as inventory allows.
